Hello!! My name is Koko, and I’m a 2nd year student currently pursuing a biological chemistry specialist and a minor in professional writing and communication. Bringing together my two academic passions, I’ve excitedly joined the SCC to showcase the wonders of science to all those interested. As well, I hope to increase my versatility as a scientific writer by exploring topics beyond the scope of my program. Outside of school, I love working as a dance instructor for children in my community. It is with similar enthusiasm that I enjoy sharing the beauty of expression through movement to my young students. And if I’m not at school or work, I’m most definitely at home where my favourite pastimes are practicing piano and clarinet, experimenting with new recipes, and whistling into the breeze from my balcony.
