Hey everyone, my name is Dawei and I’m a second year specializing in Health and Disease and majoring in Immunology. In my spare time, I like to read, go on walks, work out at the gym, play piano, and read about STEM-related topics. As a kid, I loved to read National Geographic, which I think was what sparked my interest in science. Because of that, I know the importance of communicating and spreading scientific information, which is why I signed up to be a writer for the SCC. I’m excited to write about topics I’m interested in and learning about different topics from others’ writing as well. That way, we can all learn from each other and expand our knowledge.
