Sabrina Zaidi

Hi, I’m Sabrina! I’m currently a fourth year undergraduate student at U of T pursuing a double major in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology and Human Biology.

As a kid, you’d always find me with my face stuck in the latest science magazine, wandering around science centers and museums on weekends, or watching BBC nature documentaries whenever I had the chance. Being immersed in all these amazing forms of science communication shaped my sense of curiosity and made me the scientist I am today. That being said, I have a huge appreciation for the translation of complex science into digestible information which is why I’m excited to be able to write for the SCC!

With an unhealthy desire to never be bored, I have way too many hobbies to list here, but some of my favourite activities include playing electric guitar, wood carving, hiking, kayaking, and photography.
