Hi, I’m Sabrina! I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science, double majoring in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology and Human Biology. Now I’m in my first year of graduate school doing my Master of Environmental Science here at U of T.
As a kid, you’d always find me with my face stuck in the latest science magazine, wandering around science centers and museums on weekends, or watching BBC nature documentaries whenever I had the chance. Being immersed in all these amazing forms of science communication shaped my sense of curiosity and made me the scientist I am today. That being said, I have a huge appreciation for the translation of complex science into digestible information which is why I’m excited to be able to write for the SCC!
When I’m not working, you can find me wood carving, doing various outdoor sports, and struggling with my guitar.
